Facemeyer installed a brand new AC unit a year and a half ago. Since then, we have had to install all new dampers and now a UV light on the inside of our handler because mold was growing. The dampers were old and did need to be replaced but I don’t know why the UV light was not installed when we bought the new air conditioner. My husband was told we needed it because the unit is in the garage. Some of the seals were sucking in air from the humid garage. They were not installed properly.

Mr. Ferris is a knowledgeable, efficient, personable technician who expertly addressed the problem with our Trane air conditioner. He quickly replaced the malfunctioning part (blower motor and module) accepting the difficulty of the process as smoothly as possible. His demeanor was always sunny in spite of the difficulty of the task. Mr. Ferris expertly and efficiently effected the repair, cleaned up all associated debris, and insured that we once again had an operating system. Mr. Ferris is a definite asset to the Facemyer team. He is an inspiration for all other technical and administrative staff and should be recognized as such.
